The people building Everybody Counts.
CEO & Co-Founder
Former school governor and edtech product manager at Pearson, where he led the digital rollout of ActiveLearn across 1,400 UK primaries. Andy left Pearson in 2023 after deciding the category needed a product built for real classroom constraints, not for procurement committees. He has a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Warwick.

CTO & Co-Founder
Previously principal engineer at Sparx Learning (Exeter), where she built the adaptive engine underpinning their KS3 maths product. She designed the IRT-based question difficulty model that powers Everybody Counts' adaptive paths and has filed two UK patent applications related to student-state estimation in real-time assessment systems.
