Sign up and get immediate full access — no credit card required. You can add up to 60 students during the trial. At the end of 30 days, you choose a plan to continue. If you don't upgrade, your account moves to read-only mode (data retained for 90 days).

Yes. You can upgrade at any time and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date. If you're on an annual plan and need to switch, contact us and we'll sort it out without penalty — we'd rather you stay on the right plan than the wrong one.

All data is stored on AWS eu-west-2 (London region) servers. Pupil data is never shared with third parties or used for advertising. Each school's data is isolated — teachers and admins at your school can only see their own students. We provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for GDPR compliance. Under a day for most schools. You create the school account, add year groups, and import pupils via CSV (we provide a template). School plan subscribers get a 45-minute onboarding call with our team — most schools are live before the call ends. No IT department required; we don't need network configuration or firewall changes.

Annual billing saves 15% versus monthly. Two-year and three-year agreements are available for schools and trusts — contact us for a quote. Multi-Academy Trusts typically receive additional volume discounts based on the number of schools in scope.
